These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VirtueCore's website and services. By engaging with VirtueCore ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VirtueCore is a UK-based marketing and business automation agency providing Meta advertising management, virtual assistant placement, business process automation, content creation, and website development.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate Service Agreement agreed between you and VirtueCore prior to work commencing. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion.
All fees are as agreed in your Service Agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may incur a fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We do not publish pricing on our website.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you become your property. VirtueCore retains the right to use anonymised work for portfolio and case study purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. All proprietary methodologies, systems, templates, and processes remain our exclusive intellectual property.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement, including business strategies, financial data, client lists, and technical systems. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes including revenue figures, ad performance metrics, or lead volumes. Any case studies or testimonials represent past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtueCore's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement in accordance with the notice period specified. Where no notice period is specified, 30 days' written notice is required. Fees due for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date.
